ProteoSOL^TM Tissue Extraction System is designed for the extraction of proteins directly from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples.  This system is based on Liquid Tissue^® reagents that enable immunodetection of proteins in a membrane-based assay.  Samples processed with this system can be arrayed and detected on a membrane using high-throughput detection methods.  Immunodetection with specific antibodies allows the direct comparison of a specific protein across multiple samples in a single array.
